About The Host

Erich Sielaff sponsors and hosts “AZ Music Café” every Sunday at 3pm on KKNT 960 AM.  A self-described wannabe musician, Erich plays guitar and sings.  He is known in the Open Mic circles as the “Gordon Lightfoot” guy. 

Erich has long been a part of the Valley business community.  He was an executive with several retail companies before branching out on his own in 2003 with his Phoenix-area real estate business.   Erich is affiliated with West USA Realty. He makes the most of his years of business experience when negotiating on behalf of his clients.  The majority of his business is through referrals and repeat customers.

But this show is not about real estate.   It’s about Erich’s love of music.  This program gives him the opportunity to showcase the songwriting and performing skills of local musicians.   He hopes to give them a place to expose their talent and promote themselves without cost.

“I have long wished that there was something like this available.  It’s very difficult for a musician to get radio air time without knowing someone or going to a lot of expense.   Even with an album or single to promote, the door is often closed.  What’s more, in today’s world, radio programming is largely syndicated and format-driven.  I think there is a lot of talent right here in our own backyard that no one knows about!   I am going to change that.”
