March 7, 2010  — Join Us for AZ Music Cafe debut appearances of Ree Boado and Dearspeak, the McCabes and Terry Daun, !

Join us this afternoon for another installment of great Arizona music on the AZ MUSIC CAFÉ program!    

 

 

 

Welcome Ree Boado and her Indie Pop band Dearspeak for a sampling from their debut album.  With emotive musings on life Ree “sings from her soul, and her lyrics come from a personal place.”  Her fresh, honest approach to music is a blend of her history in pop, r&b, 80’s soft rock, big band crooners, ablack gospel choir and rock bands. 

 

We are also pleased to introduce Terry and Diane McCabe who came to Arizona by way of Ohio.  This husband and wife team had been musically diverse in bands, solos, trios until finding their calling as an acoustic duo in 2002.   We’ll hear tracks from their cd “Dancing in the Shadowlands” released on their own record label “Skypilgrim Records”.

 

Also this week on the program, we welcome Terry Daun!  Terry is one man that sounds like a full band playing selections from Earth Wind & Fire to Led Zeppelin to Johnny Cash.  His new album of instrumental fusion rock “Silk” has been described as a “roller coaster ride of ear candy”
